Our promise

  • A receipt for every file you send.
  • Processed only on our own systems. Never by an outside AI service. Never used to train a model.
  • Personal details are removed before analysis.
  • Original files are kept six months, then destroyed. Longer storage is available by agreement.

How we use AI

We are AI-first: automated reporting and business intelligence workflows are how we deliver the same accurate answer every month. The AI that works on your data runs only on private hardware we own. No outside AI service receives your financials, and nothing you send is used to train any model.

Governance

Our AI governance is built to the ISO/IEC 42001 framework, the international standard for managing AI responsibly, alongside established financial best practice. We describe it as built to the framework because that is what it is; we will only use the word “certified” if an accredited certification body has audited us.

Our systems architect designs the governance, security and data handling. Jennifer O’Neal runs the systems and builds each client’s workflows and dashboards.

Personal details

Personal details such as names, account numbers and contact details are removed before analysis and replaced with private codes, so patterns like “this customer pays late” still show without anyone’s name in the analysis.

Health care practices

We work from a practice’s business books. We never receive patient records. Our upload checklist asks only for practice-level reports, and any file that contains patient-level detail is set aside unread, destroyed, and replaced with a summary report we ask you for instead.

How long we keep files

Original files are kept six months, then destroyed. Longer storage is available by agreement. Every file you send receives a receipt, and every destruction is logged.
